Should the improvements required in the audited site be feasible, an agreement is drawn up to bind the applicant with:

Responsibility for the installation carried out in your home for the next two years

Give access to water & electricity consumption data relating to the past 24 months and the 24 months following the completion of installation. This data will also be shared with the various sub-contractors designated with the implementation of this project as well as be used to both marketing and as baseline data

Allowing the photography and videography of the installations which will be required for auditing purposes

Accepting to give a testimonial about this intervention, along with photos and video, for dissemination during the duration of the National Water Conservation Campaign

Making yourself/a representative available for regular visits by the project representative for auditing, monitoring as well as the implementation of works

Provide the project representative with information relating to any changes in household, including those behavioural as well as structural
